Only Authentic Native Arts and Crafts sold.

• Vendor Fee must be paid before entry to the powwow grounds

• Absolutely no Carnival novelties, real or toy weapons and fireworks

• Vendors are subject to inspection

• Vendors must keep the area clean and throw away waste and recyclables in the designated area

• Tables/Tent only at the booth space. NO RVS, trailers of any kind can be allowed on the site.

• Please come prepared with all the necessary gear or equipment. Own tables, chairs, canopy, tarps, rope, tape, etc. There are a limited number of spots.

• No food items will be allowed to be sold at a craft vendor’s table; you will have to pay and follow its guidelines as a food vendor.

• Each space rented is for one vendor/family only (no sharing of vendor space). You must pay if you have both.

• Each vendor is responsible for the behaviour of his/her children

• This is a spiritual event, let’s all be responsible and respectful of one another

• Pow Wow organizers and the Community of Bilijk will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to equipment.

• The Pow Wow committee reserves the right to refuse any entry.

• Drugs, alcohol, firearms and/or fireworks ARE NOT ALLOWED.

• We also prohibit the trade of any paraphernalia related to Marijuana and other illicit substances. This includes any imagery on items intended for trade, signs, and advertisements

• Non-adherence to these guidelines may require cancellation of the Vendor agreement.

• You will receive a vendor acceptance email once you’ve been accepted.  Limited spaces available.

We have no power hookup for vendors available, We apologize for the inconvenience
